F.A.Q’s

Q: When are we open?

On weekdays, our first appointment for the day is at 7am, and the last at 6pm. On Saturdays we open early and usually work until around lunch time but are flexible depending on demand. Please phone ahead to secure an appointment.

Q: How long will I need for each session?

In order to maximise your time spent with us, we suggest that you allow between an hour to an hour and a half for initial treatments and about an hour for every subsequent treatment thereafter.

Q: Will I need to bring anything with me?

It will be necessary to wear appropriate clothing in order to allow our physiotherapist’s to accurately assess and treat your presenting injury. It will also help should you be required to perform some supervised exercises. This includes your footwear and orthotics if worn.

Q: Where can I park?

If attending our Hornsby practice there is limited customer parking under the building (entry off Pretoria Pde, Eastbound). Ample street parking is available on Pretoria Pde, And if catching the train we are just a short 500m walk from Hornsby station, with a slightly longer walk from Waitara station.

If attending our Lindfield practice there is plenty of street parking available but also car parking facilities adjacent to the practice off Tryon road. Again public transport is easily accessible with Lindfield station located within 200m.

Q: How much will it cost?

Physiotherapy consultations are covered under private health care insurance and in some instances by Medicare when referred to your by G.P.   To find out how much it will cost or to make an appointment please phone our reception staff.
